Welcome to Stephenson Class
Hello and welcome to Stephenson Class.
The teaching team is made up of Miss Kendell, Mrs Krasniqi, Miss Callie and Ms Zaidi.
Our timetable includes daily numeracy and literacy lessons, and we have five phonics sessions a week. The children also enjoy lots of physical and creative experiences including PE, Science, Geography, History, RE, Music, Art and DT. We also have our weekly Jigsaw PSHE lessons which is the mindful approach, bringing together Personal, Social, Health Education, emotional literacy, social skills and spiritual development in a comprehensive scheme of learning and Philosophy for Children.
In the Autumn Term we start with our exciting theme ‘All Creatures Great and Small!’ In the Spring Term we dive into History with our topic 'Grim and Gruesome London' and finally in the Summer Term we finish the year with the topic 'The Lady with the Lamp'.
